Understanding Plantar Fasciitis
What is Plantar Fasciitis?
Plantar Fasciitis is a painful inflammatory heel condition affecting the large ligament-type structure in the base of the foot that can cause arch pain and heel pain.
People with plantar fasciitis usually feel pain under the ball of the heel and is common first thing in the morning when climbing out of bed.
Plantar fasciitis can affect men and women equally and there is no single cause for getting the condition. Any increased load on the plantar fascia can trigger the condition. Tight calf muscles and unsupportive footwear can also be a factor, along with issues like flat feet and an increase in body weight.

Fixing Plantar Fasciitis Pain
Form Insoles are specially designed to provide targeted support to your feet, addressing the root cause of plantar fasciitis. Our insoles' unique design promotes a neutral positioning of the foot which in turn reduces the strain and stretching of the plantar fascia. Symptoms will typically get better for most people after the first few days of use.
